Ayi in Shenyang?

I'm starting a search for an Ayi to clean my apartment and maybe shop for some basics. Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has a good understanding of the going rate for an Ayi. Any references also appreciated. I speak very little Chinese, but work with people who can explain my needs/expectations.

Permalink Reply by Ed Delahanty on February 8, 2010 at 12:38pm: Hi Christina, I think Ayi coming twice a week - on Monday and Thursday or Friday would be fine. I'd also like her to do some simple shopping and wash vegtables on those days. Apartment is medium size - kitchen, bathroom with shower(no tub), living/dining room, bedroom and another room with a little furniture. Clothes washing in machine is optional - I can manage myself if Ayi not interested.
I'll be away during Spring Festival - leave on Feb. 11, return on 23 but have a series of meetings the rest of the week. I could meet some one interested in being Ayi on Feb 27. Would have to check to see if lady from office could come to help translate.; ▶ Reply to This

I have find one interested in do the things you need.
She is serving for my husband's office as an cleaner now.
My husband has asked her if she want another job to increase her income.
She said yes.
So I will arrange with the Ayi about the meeting time. I will go with her to help translate.

Its quite easy to find a Ayi in shenyang n the rate varies from 800 to 4000 per month by different criteria. If u require Ayi who can speak English then it cost more. If u need to know more or help just let me know. GL; ▶ Reply to This
