Russian salon Opened a beauty salon. Russian barber works there. Her name is Natalia. She's from St. Petersburg. She knows how to create more than a haircut. She knows how to create a friendly atmosphere for socializing. Here Russian and European music, creativity and communication. Here, happy people from different countries. Beautiful hair, good humor - a good start dl anything new. Tel. 18721601190

I'm curious if any one has had a similar experience.  I have total flexibility in my work, wherever I am is "home".  I simply need reliable Internet and a phone.

I've been thinking of relocating to Shanghai for a year.

Here are my questions/concerns/worries/phobias/things that go bump in the night:

I work 9:00-17:00EST, but for me to work in Shanghai my day would be 21:00-5:00 leaving Daylight Savings time out of the variable.  Has anyone tried that?

I would still be working for a US company, not doing any business in China not "Working" in China i.e. taking employment away from a Chinese.  Any "issues" with that? Can I still maintain a "Tourist Visa", my purpose is still tourism!

I have a "Cloud" based in the US I can work through which would alleviate any issues with the "Great Fire Wall", but I find the throughput very unstable.  I was in Wuhan and the wires were actually stolen from the street!

Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help,

Dennis

What places should one visit when living in Shanghai?

Hello-

My name is Anel and I will be moving to Shanghai soon with my husband.  I am looking for an apartment in the or close to the Pudong area.  Does anyone have any advice or contacts they can pass along?

Trainer required with experience in local environmental regulations in the Dongguan and Shanghai regions.

I am helping a friend look for a freelancer to train factory staff on local environmental regulations in the Dongguan and Shanghai regions of China. The person would need to know the local regulations, prepare the material and conduct the training in Chinese. Is this for you or someone you know?

I provide training in sustainability though only speak English.
