I cant believe I have not been on this site for such a long time.

For those who are still interested yes the English/Chinese corner is still going in the bookshop, though I no longer have the time to go there as I have to work.

But please feel free to join in, meet new people and have fun

Hi Natalia, it does not matter that you speak English bad. The whole idea of the English and Chinese corners is so people can get together and practice with each other. There are many Chinese so you can speak Chinese with them, while everybody helps out in English.

It's also a great place to make friends. There are several westerners as well, all of us learning something. The more you try the better you get.

The next meeting will be after Chinese New Year. There is also an English Corner on a Monday night which I can send you the address of.

Yes the coffee shop is in the back of the book shop.

Any questionsjust ask.

We have a chinese corner on Sundays from 2-5pm and an english corner on wednesday from 7:30-9pm at 世博广场,永正图书,珈菲坊.

It's in Caffehut coffee shop in the Shi Bo GuangCheng Everbright book shop, behind the Dongcheng Hi Ya department store and across from Moon Bay Gardens.

Its a very good environment for practicing your Chinese and English. Sometimes even French and Spanish or whatever language you want to speak and learn.

Its a great place for meeting people, learning, making new friends and even business contacts. Come and have a look.
