Vacancy for a career / transition coach in Beijing

IMPACT Group has an opening for a career / transition coach to be based in the Beijing area to service our relocation clients. We support employees and their spouses as they acclimate to the Beijing and assist spouses/partners with finding employment. We also have occasional outplacement business for employees who have been made redundant. This would be a part time, contract position, approximately 10-20 hours per month.

Requirements:
Experienced in job search coaching for professionals.
Knowledge of job searching in the Beijing and surrounding areas.
Fluently speaks and writes English.
Sufficient computer proficiency to learn and use IMPACT Group systems.
Willing to work from home and provide own home office to include a computer and broadband internet connection.
Lives and works in Beijing, China
Ideal Candidate:
Certified career coach.
Background in transition/life coaching.
Previous experience working with expats.
Master's degree or higher in a discipline which involves study of human behavior.

You mention that the IMPACT Group is a woman-owned corporation.
Why is that relevant? Does that mean that female candidates are preferred over male candidates for this role?
My company provides Destination / Relocation services for expats (including spouse support) and running, as a non for profit community service, regular Career Development - Headhunter Social Networking events, Finance and Business Social Networking Evenings and Netbonding Day trips.
